Tulip – MOPP Film Foamed – S are made from HMS polypropylene, with a closed cell structure. Natural density of polypropylene is further reduced by foaming and processing, for phenomenal savings as compared to other plastic film. The film/tape is super economical, super light and highly processable. It is compatible to all kinds of cable materials. Moreover, the film has excellent high tensile strength and low elongation, allowing it to run at faster speeds during cable making and give a very tight winding on the cable core. The film is ideal for insulating, separating and bundling cables. It is also soft, has clinging properties, and does not slip during processing.

MOPP Film Foamed – S is Non-Hygroscopic Tape used for giving complete insulation covering to the cable core. Thus, it has good electrical, water-barrier, and fire-resistance properties. It allows tight winding, and thereby holds firmly the cable core. It gives substantial post operation savings.

Available in 100, 125 ,150, 180, 200, 225, 250 and 300 micron thickness, with maximum width of 100 mm and minimum width of 20 mm.
