We at LA PLASTPACKS take immense pride in introducing ourselves as one of the leading and renowned quality manufacturers of Machine Directed Oriented (MDO) film. MDO film is mono-axially / uniaxially oriented to give exceptional strength in desired direction, and in the process, allows low elongation and good shrinkage control in all directions.  MDO film is preferred and used world over in various industry segments and in varied applications, especially where high tensile strength in machine direction is desired. It is also preferred where very low shrinkage in cross / traverse direction is required. The wonder film is engineered with different material blends and process conditions to support different applications of the customers.

We work in close association with our customers to develop the film tailor-made to their specific requirements. We understand and respect that customers have different needs based on their products and process ability, and we are able to cater to these precise and specific needs. Over the years, LA Plastpacks has emerged as one of the leading manufacturers of MOPP Films (Machine Direction Oriented Polypropylene) mainly used in cable industry as insulation, wrapping, bundling, separation, protective cover and padding / bedding tapes. The film also find usage in general bundling applications, tags & labels, decorative ribbons, specialty adhesive and protective tapes, release film for use in rubber and conveyor belting industry, as a processing aid in various other applications where high tenacity in machine direction is required. We are very well known amongst our customers for our product quality, timely delivery and services. Being in the plastic industry for over 20 years, we cater to most of the respected and reputed companies in cable Industry.

Our manufacturing proficiency is supported by state-of-art three-layer sheet extrusion plant, fully PLC-operated MDO and slitters, and in-house facility to process sheet and film required for MDO applications. Customer satisfaction being our primary requisite, we have the expertise to use different grades of food grade and other polymers & additive blends to give precise required properties to the film. Mr. Sudhir K Lakhotia has more than 35 years of experience in the plastic processing industry. He has worked in the plastic processing industry for a long period and has vast hands-on experience and in depth knowledge on Plastic processing along with strong operational and leadership skills.
