Tulip – MOPP Film Foamed – Rz is primarily made from polypropylene. The natural density of polypropylene is reduced by foaming and processing. The film/tape is economical, has good processability, and is compatible with all kinds of cable materials. It imparts savings as compared to other plastic films. Moreover, the film has good tensile strength and low elongation and does not slip during processing.
MOPP Film Foamed – Rz is used as a binder tape. It allows tight winding and thereby firmly holds the cable core.
Available in 130, 150 & 200 micron thicknesses, with a maximum width of 80 mm and minimum width of 20 mm.
